In order to promote the healthy and standardized development of the cold chain logistics industry and protect the safety of fresh agricultural products and food, according to the Food Safety Law, the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products Law, and the Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry (2014-2020), etc., with the consent of the State Council, The following comments.
